Carri Scharf Materials Co. opened a new greenfield aggregate plant in Lincoln Illinois, designed for high volume sand, gravel and limestone production. The dry-feed facility features a custom Astec wash plant and in-house electrical controls. This latest site expands the company's reserves and boosts capacity for road, concrete and asphalt materials.
