Construction has begun on The District at Ten Mile, a 220-acre commercial center in Meridian Idaho. The project features industrial buildings, a day care, Life Time fitness center, hotels and a 148,000-sq.-ft. Target opening in May 2027. Future phases include a lifestyle center and up to 400 townhomes, reshaping the Treasure Valley community.
