Ferrovial won a $1.47 billion contract from the Texas Department of Transportation to design, build and maintain Segment B-1 of Texas State Highway 99 Grand Parkway near Houston. This nearly 15-mi. project includes new tolled lanes, frontage roads, and connectors to improve traffic flow and emergency evacuation. Completion is expected by winter 2031-2032.
