Green Fuels Operating broke ground on a $400 million refinery in Duncan, Okla., marking the first major industrial investment in more than 40 years. The facility will produce asphalt, diesel, gasoline and more, create 75 to 80 full-time jobs and use advanced low-emission technology to boost local economic growth in Stephens County.
