Skanska has completed the $34.69 million Fair Oaks Recreation Complex in Tampa, Fla. The new 10.25-acre facility features a 33,055-sq.-ft. community center with a gym, arts spaces, computer lab and outdoor amenities like basketball courts, playground and walking trails. The project highlights Skanska’s focus on sustainable community-centered spaces.
