Construction of the Roanoke Hotel and Convention Center will start Sept. 3, 2026, with Brasfield & Gorrie overseeing the $97.5 million project. The development includes a 200-room boutique hotel, a convention center and parking garage, and is set for completion by June 2028. The total cost is $103.7 million.
