Skanska and SBCTA are upgrading an 11-mile stretch of I-15 in San Bernardino County to reduce congestion. The $390 million project adds express lanes, freight lanes, and widens bridges while improving drainage and sound walls. Set to finish in August 2028, it aims to boost traffic flow and support Southern California’s economic growth.
