The $91 million Dutch Point Viaduct rehabilitation on I-91 southbound in Hartford began in 2025 and will extend the bridge’s lifespan by 25 years. Led by J.F. White Contracting, the project upgrades structural elements, replaces the deck and parapets, and improves load capacity while maintaining traffic flow through strategic closures and coordination.
