Skanska broke ground on the University of Oregon's $83 million Ballmer Institute for Children’s Behavioral Health, a 54,000-sq.-ft. mass timber facility in Portland. Set to open in 2028, it will house research, classrooms and offices designed for education and workforce development in behavioral health with sustainable, biophilic design features.
