Ferrovial’s Webber nears completion of the $365 million Interstate 10 widening project in Colorado County, Texas. The upgrade expands 12 mi. from two to three lanes each way, replaces 18 bridges and enhances safety and drainage. Expected to finish July 2027, it will improve traffic flow and serve as a vital hurricane evacuation route connecting Houston Austin and San Antonio.
