Metso has signed an agreement to acquire Italbronze Ltda., a Brazilian manufacturer of high-quality bronze alloy components serving mining and other industrial customers globally. The acquisition reinforces Metso's position as a leading crushing technology provider by securing a strategically important manufacturing capability and critical know-how for its crushing aftermarket business.
