My son is about to commit to an electrician apprenticeship near a large metro. He will be graduating HS in a couple months. They are offering him $17/hr starting and he was told there are increases along the way. They also pay for the required schooling. We haven’t seen any of the official paperwork yet so I know nothing else and, I’m not in the trades so I’m doing my best to understand.
