Advice on framing wall on +2’ high foundation wall

Building my own garage in about a month and I’m brainstorming ideas for certain stages of it. I’m getting a concrete pad put in next week with a 2’ high concrete slab/knee wall above ground. The first picture I’m posting is pretty much what my garage will look like. My question is how am I able to frame out the wall with the bottom plate on the knee wall so when I tilt the wall up with a forklift the bottom plate is pretty much where it needs to sit.
