The latest remediation project is at Wren’s Cross, a residential development completed in 2019 in Maidstone. The scheme comprises 66 apartments within a single block where Anamore will deliver a programme of remediation works designed to reduce fire risk and ensure the safety of all occupants. At Devon Wharf in London Anamore has been appointed under an initial PCSA contract as Principal Contractor. The large cladding project includes cavity barriers, cladding replacement and decking to balconies. Anamore also recently completed full cladding and remediation works to the external façade of the five-storey residential block at 37 Tanner Street in London. Works included the removal of combustible materials and upgrades to ensure full compliance, delivering a comprehensive façade remediation solution. Here’s a film about the completed project.
