Turkish contractor wins next phase of luxury scheme in Kensington

The Turkish-owned contractor will deliver 35 affordable housing units, 10 high-end apartments and three luxury penthouses for client Lodha group on the former Odeon cinema site opposite the Design Museum. Ant Yapi said: “We are honoured to partner on this landmark development and look forward to delivering a project that reflects the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.” The work is expected to be completed in late 2027. The first phase of the project was finished by Ardmore last month delivering 61 super-prime apartments, including five penthouses, alongside a new basement, shell and core office space, cinema, amenity areas and a private spa and wellness centre.
