Contract up for grabs for surprise checks on training and test centres
A notice on the government’s Find A Tender service states: “CITB operates mystery shops with the core objective of consistently monitoring testing and training centres to provide CITB with assurance that those centres are operating and following the scheme rules for each product and are delivering the standards and customer experience CITB expects.” The three year deal will start in July. A fraud gang was recently sentenced for cheating CITB health and safety tests.
