A construction company has purchased a commercial building in Enfield to serve as its new headquarters, according to a brokerage firm involved in the deal. Serge Lessard, principal of Leading Edge Construction LLC, acquired the 20,000-square-foot property at 132 Weymouth Road for $250,000 on March 19, according to O,R&L Commercial. Founded in 2020, Leading Edge is a family-owned general contractor focused on commercial and industrial projects, with operations across Connecticut and Massachusetts, according to its website.
