I run a small service business and I feel like more and more of our client communication ends up in WhatsApp. Quotes, confirmations, “I’ll pay later”, requests for receipts… basically everything. The problem is after a few days the chat gets messy and things get buried. I sometimes realise later that I forgot to send an invoice or follow up on a payment.
