Title says it all. I am talking USA. White collar jobs are being outsourced or shifting to AI. Meanwhile we have more and more college grads with nowhere to go. When I started out (8 years ago) it felt like if you applied yourself, worked hard, and had some talent you could move up. I am seeing more and more college grads in our field, with or without a relevant degree (but still degree having). Shoot I think any assistance PM or PE is pretty much a fresh college grad.
