Im bidding a garage and I feel this should be a simple task.. im just having a hard time with the framing estimate part. I know i should figure out how long i think it'll take and get my hourly rate and go with that but im trying to lock down a sq foot price. Its a client ive done a lot of work for but not as the contractor. And I need the job but dont want to insult him. Its just a garage 48x30. I was told $5 psf is low. But im getting ppl telling me they charge anywhere from 8 to 18 psf jus...
