I am in the final stages of completing plans for a ~700SF single story detached ADU. I would like to develop a consistent pricing sheet for the ~4-6 GCsI would like to get a bid from. In my mind this is a simple table that lists the various stages: Demo, Site prep and foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, roof etc and a labor cost box and material cost box associated with each stage.
