The credit card giant has called 200 Vesey St. home since 1986. Located at 200 Greenwich Street, Amex's new building is being developed on Port Authority of New York and New Jersey land under a long-term ground lease. Amex is the sole owner and occupant of the building, expected to be completed in 2031.
