Hi everyone, I’m 25 and working in construction in the GTA. I have 1 year of framing and 2 years of mechanical insulation (pipes, ducts, fire wrap). Currently I’m a foreman in a small company. I handle site work, read drawings, coordinate with other trades, and communicate directly with superintendents.
