How do y'all deal with deterring theft on the job site from outsiders? We have cameras, armed patrol agents at night, and great site lighting....The locals of the neighborhood don't care. We've had 12K of tools stolen in broad daylight 3 days back-to-back. Two of the times our guys videoed them 100ft away, and they don't care. No license plates on the cars, so the camera footage doesn't help. We can't physically intervene with fours because they would just sue us! submitted by /u/DootyDootSco...
