Im currently an underground utilities super for a small company and im just burnt out on it lately. I’ve spoken to a few safety managers at large companies about their job and work life balance and it seems like an upgrade to my current position minus a small pay cut. I currently have my osha30, osha10, trench and excavation, confined space certs. What I’m wondering is how hard would it be for a field guy to transition to a safety role?
