London South Bank office project lifts firm to pole position

The Red Lion Court scheme, known as Project Roar, will see 23,000 sq m of office space built across 11 storeys, with two basement levels. Private contractor McLaren climbed to second place for the first time, supported by 31 contract wins over the year, according to data compiled by Barbour ABI.
