Full time welder here working in heavy construction. Looking to see if anyone had thoughts on my idea for micro industrial units. Live in a city with very high cost of living and was thinking of renting a larger industrial unit and subdividing it. Think ReadySpaces but you are allowed weld/fabricate/machine/woodwork/prototype etc in it.
