Founded in 2025 by former Microsoft and Waymo leaders, Neuron Factory is building a knowledge graph-driven platform designed to address inefficiencies in preconstruction, a phase where project risk, cost, and outcomes are largely determined but workflows remain fragmented and manual. The company is targeting a $14 trillion global construction market that has historically lagged in digitization. Its platform connects documents, teams, and decisions through a proprietary knowledge graph, enabling AI-driven reasoning beyond traditional search-based tools.
