New windows and a new mobile home

These look like they should be slid in closer to the home itself. Like recessed. I can see the flashing tape behind some of them. Does this look correct and should I worry? Some of them seem to have a little black gasket behind the window frame along the base but some of them do not. I know. I know it's probably hard to tell with pictures.
