Hey dumb question, I'm relatively new to construction. However, in a few months I will be transferring over the union side of my company. I am under he impression that I cannot smoke weed on my off time(not at work). Is that true? Do they test for weed? If they do test, is weed acceptable. I'm probably retarted.
