Hi all, I need some advice on finding work and prospecting clients. We are a water and sewer contractor in the southeastern US. We are a very small group going through a bit of a rebuild, and are having a hard time scaring up business with all these larger GCs holding term bids with a lot of the surrounding municipalities.
