Sorry if this is not the right place to ask this but here goes, what has been y'all's experience with LGBTQ+ in the trades, I know it can be a very toxic male dominated workplace and as I'm queer but not "out" what advice would you give me or someone like me? I don't know if I'll ever feel safe or understood if I "come out" at work.
