I've been looking into ways to automate personalized review requests for my friend's service business (plumbing/HVAC) the second a job is finished. I'm curious for those of you running crews, how do you handle this? Is it a manual 'please leave a review' text, or do you just let it happen naturally? I’m building a small workflow to see if this can be 'set-and-forget' and would love to pick the brain of 1 or 2 owners for 5 mins to see if I'm overcomplicating it. Just looking for some feedback ...
