Cancelled servicetitan, way too much software for a 3 person crew doing residential work. Half the features we never opened, the onboarding dragged on forever, and the per tech pricing was insane for our size. Not knocking the product for bigger shops but it's clearly not built for us. Now I need something that does the basics. Estimates, invoices, payments, and customer info. Dispatching would be nice but not mandatory since I just text my guys where to go anyway.
