Currently working in a factory where we make large industrial switchboards. I’ve been a TA here for around two months, and my probation period lasts six months, so I’m not even halfway through yet. I really dislike the job—the environment isn’t great, people seem miserable, and most of the younger guys want out. I definitely don’t want to do an apprenticeship here.
