Superintendent advice

Hello everyone, I currently have 1.5 year in site coordinating and want to become a superintendent in the future. I’m currently getting my civil engineering degree but it’s taking a big toll on my finances and mental health. I cannot balance working 40-50 hours a week and finish my classes on time.
