TerraVis Energy (ZeroFrost) – Genius or Fraud? QualityMattersJoe | Posted in Energy Efficiency and Durability on March 4, 2026 02:43am I read the comments, and the free part of the article headlined “New Zero Frost Heat Pump Designed to Operate Continuously in Arctic Conditions, TerraVis Energy’s AetherLux ZeroFrost units will hit Canadian markets later this year” and wondered if it was too good to be true.  I took a look at the parent company WORKSPORT LTD on the Sec.gov web site, EDGAR search, and found numerous press releases submitted for the ZeroFrost and other new products, expounding how the company stock was undervalued and the company was ready to achieve fantastic results.  In my opinion, many of the descriptions of the new products and the progress being made for their development were so vague as to be comical, and more significant, largely unverifiable based on the information provided.  From the EDGAR filings it appeared to me that a private credit fund owns a significant number of shares of WORKSPORT LTD.  And, with respect to another company’s stock, this same fund has been involved in what appeared to me to be pump-and-dump stock promotion with insider knowledge and made millions.  What do you think, am I off base on this?
