What are these pvc pipes for?

These 6” PVC pipes were installed by the previous contractor. They have cutouts on the exterior building for new storefront windows. The core drilled the footing and installed these pipes at a 45 facing down and covered with tape. I’m not sure what the PVC is for, only thing I can think of is to drain rain water when it gets inside of the building. submitted by /u/pelestorm [link] [comments]
