Kitchens and baths mostly, occasional gut reno. My excel estimates work but I'm rebuilding the spreadsheet every single job even when half the line items are identical to the last one. Everything I've looked at seems built for commercial GCs. I don't need CSI division codes or assembly takeoffs.
