I work for a GC servicing TN, VA, KY, NC and FL with a specialty in PEMBs. ~70% of the business is furnished and erect only. The rest is GC (mostly TN and VA). Our GC side is having a hard time finding qualified superintendents. Where should we be looking? Are there any affordable placement services?
