I'm curious to get some honest feedback from builders here. My partner has been in the construction industry for 30+ years and has run his own renovations business since around 2015. He’s strong on the delivery side – managing trades, sequencing, keeping projects moving – but like many operators, he ends up spending all of his time project managing jobs – which he loves to do – and not enough time building pipeline.
