Construction Manager/Resident Engineer/Inspector-Electrical/Mechanical

We are seeking a Construction Manager / Resident Engineer _ Pump Stations Experience to join our team! You will oversee Construction Projects that may include: Managing construction project and inter-phasing with Contractors, Inspectors and also perform project planning, scheduling, construction Progress meetings and overall construction project management. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs / change orders • Manage submittals, RFIs, Change order requests and review pay applications • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: • Previous experience in construction management specially as it pertains to water/wastewater Pump stations • Familiarity with construction management software • Strong leadership qualities • Strong negotiation skills • Deadline and detail-oriented
