We are a high-growth General Contracting firm in Everett, WA, focusing on high-ticket Unit Turns, Remodels, and Commercial Tenant Improvements (TI). We are building a tech-forward "machine" that runs on JobTread and CompanyCam. We are looking for a "Right Hand" who is ready to scale with us and transition from the field into a Senior Leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Own the field operations to keep the sales engine running.
- Ensure every project hits the finish line with precision.
- Phase 1 (The Hybrid): Perform onsite assessments, material logistics, and high-level technical "finish" checklist tasks.
- Phase 2 (The Manager): Manage subcontractors, oversee quality control, and ensure every milestone is documented perfectly in our systems.
- Goal: Full-scale Project Management.
- This role is designed to grow into a salaried Senior PM position as the branch matures.
Qualifications
- Process-Driven: Thrive on following clear SOPs and instructions.
- Technically Proficient: Have the tools and the "eye" for high-end residential and commercial repair work.
- Sub-Connected: An existing roster of trusted subcontractors is a massive advantage.
- The Gear: A reliable truck/van, a clean driving record, and a professional toolkit.
- Provide a specific example of a time you followed a complex SOP or set of instructions to complete a project successfully.
