Project Manager (Building Engineering Services)

Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all aspects of small-to-medium building engineering design projects, including Data Centers, Semiconductor, Industrial, and Infrastructure.
- Support the Senior Project Management team on large-scale projects.
- Participate in project pursuits and develop project scope.
- Coordinate work of professional staff of Architects and/or Engineers.
- Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
- Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance.
- Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents with multidisciplinary staff.
- Coordinate workload through project development and ensure completion of documents on schedule.
- Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort to meet schedule parameters.
- Facilitate project reviews in collaboration with Accounting and technical team management.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7 years of related experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- Ability to interact with various design teams and possess excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Commitment to being an active participant in the employee-owned culture.
Nice to Have
- Engineering or Architecture degree.
- Professional Engineer or Licensed Architect.
- PMP certification.
- Familiarity with earned-value management.

- Expected compensation range: $126,203.00 to $207,334.00 annually, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
