Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage all aspects of small-to-medium building engineering design projects, including Data Centers, Semiconductor, Industrial, and Infrastructure.
  • Support the Senior Project Management team on large-scale projects.
  • Participate in project pursuits and develop project scope.
  • Coordinate work of professional staff of Architects and/or Engineers.
  • Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
  • Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance.
  • Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents with multidisciplinary staff.
  • Coordinate workload through project development and ensure completion of documents on schedule.
  • Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort to meet schedule parameters.
  • Facilitate project reviews in collaboration with Accounting and technical team management.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 7 years of related experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
  • Ability to interact with various design teams and possess excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to being an active participant in the employee-owned culture.

Nice to Have

  • Engineering or Architecture degree.
  • Professional Engineer or Licensed Architect.
  • PMP certification.
  • Familiarity with earned-value management.

  • Expected compensation range: $126,203.00 to $207,334.00 annually, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
