Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager & Site Supervisor located in Aspen, CO. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to rigorous quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project planning, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members, supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and resolving on-site challenges effectively and promptly. Qualifications • Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting • Strong leadership and team coordination skills • Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes • Problem-solving abilities and experience managing on-site challenges • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor relations • Proficiency in construction management software and tools is preferred • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Aspen, CO • Relevant construction or project management certifications are beneficial • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
