Project Manager/Construction Manager
Job Title: Project Manager/Construction Manager Job Description This is a 100% remote role open to individuals residing anywhere in the continental USA. The position involves working on projects located in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and South Carolina, with a primary focus on projects in the $300million to $1billion range. The role entails working with owners to ensure timely project completion and adherence to standards throughout the process. Responsibilities • Manage and oversee the complete lifecycle of commercial construction projects. • Ensure project completion is on time and meets the set standards. • Submit submittals and other documentation into the database, accounting for 30% of the role. • Handle Requests for Information (RFIs), making up 20% of the responsibilities. • Participate in meetings, including bids, general contractor meetings, and subcontractor meetings, which constitute 20% of the duties. Essential Skills • 5+ years of experience in Construction Management or Project Management. • 10 years of Project Management experience if transitioning from the General Contractor side. • 5+ years of experience with RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and managing projects specifically for vertical commercial construction. • Experience managing general contractors on vertical commercial construction projects and data centers. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Proficiency in managing commercial and data center projects. • Ability to work effectively with a team and support each other on-site. • Experience working with advanced technology and cutting-edge projects. Work Environment The role requires on-site presence five days a week and involves close collaboration with the General Contractor. The initial project is based in Manassas, VA. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Manassas, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
