Role Description The Senior Construction Project Manager is a part-time, on-site position based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with budgets and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project teams, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, resolving project issues, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and executing large-scale construction projects with precision and efficiency. Qualifications • Expertise in Construction Project Management and general Construction Management • Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects • Proven leadership and team management abilities • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills • Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, and availability to manage flexible part-time hours • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred • Experience in energy or infrastructure projects is a strong advantage
