Asked the contractor to build an 18 inch planter wall around the front of the house in a raw concrete finish. They framed it and poured it. It all looks great except it’s just not level. He said he wanted to maintain the 18 inches across the whole wall, but that the pavers on either side of the house were at a different elevation.
