Exposure to cut concrete dust

I suffer from anxiety and need advice. I hope I'm just overthinking, but I'm really scared and would like advice. There is construction in the carpark where I work and they cut concrete under the window which filled the room with concrete dust. When i noticed i shut the window. I'm in the uk so i called 111 and they said go for chest xray at a&e. Everything was fine. My mouth was dry and my mouth is still dry this morning.
