I work a for a drywall company in Ontario, Canada. I am currently at a large project where I am the foreman and have 13 other employees I am in charge of. I report to the site super, I do all the ordering of materials, I have to instruct everyone on what they are doing each day, and I am on the tools as much as I can be when not answering questions, meeting with other foreman or checking on the guys.
